The return policy does not cover a change of mind, damage due to improper use or claims made more than four (4) weeks after receipt of the product.
1. Items returned because they are defective or sent incorrectly
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs). The refund will be transferred once Vroom.co.nz has received and inspected the items.
Vroom.co.nz will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to deny refund.
2. Damaged in freight
Items damaged in freight must be claimed by the receiver directly to the courier/transport company.
3. Wrong size
We understand that it may be hard to shop for some of our products online without the ability to try on the products first hand. Shopping online should not be difficult; therefore Vroom.co.nz offers exchanges on clothing that are of wrong size. This only applies to Clothing, helmets and boots unless "No Refunds on this Special" is stated in listing.
(a). Vroom.co.nz will exchange for sizing correction (shipping cost customer's responsibility).
(b). If correct size is not in stock or available any more, Vroom.co.nz can change to alternative brand only if the customer agrees to it.
(c). If option (a) and (b) don't apply, the customer will be refunded for the product (excluding shipping costs & and transaction costs where applicable, i.e. credit card transaction costs).

Exchanges
Simply return items to the returns address below and include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.

Refunds
Items must be returned unused and in the original condition with packaging with tags.
If a full refund is requested, we will refund the product excluding our costs for shipping and transaction costs where applicable (i.e. credit card transaction costs). We regret that we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty. This also applies to purchases with free shipping.
If the item you are returning has been specially ordered for you and you have requested a full refund, a 25% restocking charge may be applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use a courier.
